What would a festival be without food? It is not uncommon for those working downtown to head
to the festival during their lunch hours. Many are lured by the savory scents of an extensive
array of every single type of traditional Mexican cuisine provide by many vendors that can only be
found at a festival such as this. In addition, multi-flavored fruit waters complement the taste of
the traditional carnival foods including corn dogs, hamburgers, hot dogs, and also funnel cakes!
