Contract Acceptance
and Enforcement. The vendor will abide by city, state, and facility rules and
statutes. Contract is an offer by the
Vendor to the Fiestas del Llano, Inc. . If the Vendor returns the contract
to the
Fiestas Patrias 2009 on or
before September 1, 2009: (I) a completed and signed Contract; (ii) payment of
rent; and (ii) and insurance certificate with the City of Lubbock and Fiestas
del Llano, Inc. endorsements. Fiestas
del Llano, Inc. and the Vendor agree this Contract is not valid or enforceable
until the Fiestas del Llano, Inc. accepts
it by signing, dating, and returning a copy to the Vendor.
