GUIDELINES FOR THE 2009 FIESTAS DEL LLANO, INC. PARADE

1. Participants who walk should be prepared to complete a one mile route
in less than an hour and a half.
2. Participants are not allowed to throw candy or other items from the float
or vehicle in the parade. THIS POLICY WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Persons walking next to the barricade may distribute candy and other
items.
3. All vehicle drivers must have a personal liability insurance and submit a
copy of the insurance with the application. Insurance proof must be
available the day of the event.
4. Applications will be accepted through Wednesday, September 15, 2009.
The Parade Committee encourages early applications.
5. Parade line up begins at 8:00 a.m. in the east parking lot of the First
Baptist Church. Located at the corner of Broadway and Avenue V.
